記者從內(nèi)蒙古衛(wèi)生廳了解到，5月18日至20日，中國西部四省兒童微量營養(yǎng)素補(bǔ)充項(xiàng)目工作考察組，以衛(wèi)生部婦社司兒衛(wèi)處處長曹彬、國家婦幼保健中心兒童保健部和美國亨氏公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、專家一行5人，對內(nèi)蒙古呼倫貝爾市莫力達(dá)瓦旗兒童微量營養(yǎng)素補(bǔ)充項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展情況進(jìn)行實(shí)地考察。

　　項(xiàng)目指導(dǎo)委員會(huì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)首先在莫力達(dá)瓦旗婦幼保健所聽取了莫力達(dá)瓦旗關(guān)于中國西部四省兒童微量營養(yǎng)素補(bǔ)充項(xiàng)目工作進(jìn)展情況的匯報(bào)，查閱了相關(guān)資料，隨后到莫力達(dá)瓦旗阿爾拉鄉(xiāng)、登特科鎮(zhèn)兩個(gè)衛(wèi)生院和所轄村衛(wèi)生室及農(nóng)戶家進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場檢查、訪視，實(shí)地查看了亨氏營養(yǎng)包的儲(chǔ)存、發(fā)放、登記流程及健康教育效果；同醫(yī)務(wù)人員、防保人員及兒童家長了解了微量營養(yǎng)素補(bǔ)充劑喂養(yǎng)情況，并對喂養(yǎng)中出現(xiàn)的一些問題進(jìn)行了講解和指導(dǎo)。

　　衛(wèi)生部曹彬處長對莫力達(dá)瓦旗兒童微量營養(yǎng)素補(bǔ)充項(xiàng)目實(shí)施情況給予充分的肯定，政府重視，工作扎實(shí)，流程清晰，宣傳有利，受益群眾滿意，并提出兩點(diǎn)意見：一、要將兒童微量營養(yǎng)素補(bǔ)充項(xiàng)目做好做實(shí)，做得有成效。完善工作程序，注重效果評價(jià)，為衛(wèi)生部今后擴(kuò)大此項(xiàng)目覆蓋面提供經(jīng)驗(yàn)；二、加強(qiáng)健康教育宣傳，通過項(xiàng)目實(shí)施，向基層衛(wèi)生人員和兒童家長宣傳嬰幼兒營養(yǎng)需求，傳授如何預(yù)防小兒貧血和科學(xué)喂養(yǎng)知識(shí)。

    此次中國西部四省十三個(gè)縣兒童微量營養(yǎng)素補(bǔ)充項(xiàng)目中，我區(qū)莫力達(dá)瓦旗作為此項(xiàng)目中第一個(gè)試點(diǎn)縣接受了檢查。通過檢查，衛(wèi)生部婦社司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及美國亨氏公司的負(fù)責(zé)人對莫力達(dá)瓦旗兒童微量營養(yǎng)素補(bǔ)充項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行情況、實(shí)施效果給予了充分肯定。自治區(qū)衛(wèi)生廳和呼倫貝爾市衛(wèi)生局陪同領(lǐng)導(dǎo)就下一步兒童微量營養(yǎng)素補(bǔ)充項(xiàng)目工作的開展提出了具體落實(shí)意見。一是適時(shí)對呼倫貝爾市4個(gè)項(xiàng)目旗市進(jìn)行指導(dǎo)，了解項(xiàng)目運(yùn)行過程，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題，及時(shí)糾正。二是認(rèn)真總結(jié)莫力達(dá)瓦旗項(xiàng)目工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，歸納提煉，形成科學(xué)、規(guī)范的項(xiàng)目操做程序。三是充分利用兒童微量營養(yǎng)素補(bǔ)充項(xiàng)目，廣泛開展科學(xué)喂養(yǎng)宣傳活動(dòng)，改善不良生活習(xí)俗，提高兒童營養(yǎng)補(bǔ)充成份，促進(jìn)兒童健康成長發(fā)育。

On-site Visit in Inner Mongolia for Micronutrient Program

    From May 18-20, led by Caobin, Director of the Division of Children’s Health, Department of Maternal and Child Health Care and Community Health, Ministry of Health, Department of Maternal and Child Health, National Center for Child Health and Heinz China, mission team of the Micronutrient program for children in four provinces in western China visited Molidawa autonomous county in Inner Mongolia to inspect the implementation of the program.

    Leaders from the steering committee listened to the working report of the Micronutrient program in the Molidawa and have done the onsite visit to the village hospitals, clinics and farmers’ home in Aerla and Dengteke county, inspecting the storage, distribution and registration procedure of the Nurturemate, effect of health education and the status of Nurturemate feeding. Meanwhile, they provided instructions helping settle the problems about feeding.

    Caobin, Director of the Division of Children’s Health, Ministry of Health, appraised the implementation status of the program and commented as following:

    First, to further improve the implementation of the program, improving the working procedure and pay attention to the effect evaluation which will help to collect relevant experience for the further expansion of this program.

    Second, enhance the training and education of health, promoting the nutrient needs knowledge of infant and children to parents and health workers, teaching them the knowledge of scientific feeding to prevent the anemia.

    The first trial county for this program in Molidawa has been inspected and the leaders praised the implementation and effect. Leaders from the Department of Health of Inner Mongolia commented as following:

    First, they will provide the guidance to the implementation of the program in time and to understand the problems arise and to settle them in time.

    Second, work out a systematic procedure for this kind of program from the experiences.

    Third, promote the scientific feeding through this program, correct the inappropriate living habits and improve the nutrients for children, helping them grow up healthily.
